[net.micro.atari8] Palevich KERMIT binary for 1030

Howard Chu has requested the binary file for the J Palevich
Kermit modem program, compiled for 1030 modem.  I have 
compiled a version with the xm301 modem driver, compatible with
the 1030 modem.  To get it into the archives I hear about... do I 
mail it to a certain newsgroup, or what?

 Please post it ASAP as I would like it also.  I do have one
question:After d/l the file will I have to do anything to it inorder
to execute it??
