Heaven forbid anyone needs to get their 520ST repaired. Mine has been in the shop since January 16th and all I get is excuses as to why I'm not getting it back. If this is the type of repair service Atari is going to provide, its reputation is going to go down hill very rapidly! For the last month and a half I've been told "You'll have it next week", but next week comes but the computer doesn't. Since my power supply caused the failure, and the damage might be extensive, maybe there is no expertise in the service center and they are stalling because they CAN'T get it working. On the other hand, maybe parts are not available. Either way, the service absolutely STINKS!!!!!!!! Why the heck can't someone in the repair organization have some honesty and tell the truth as to what is happening? What are they hiding? Why do they have to lie week after week? Who knows!! Whatever, I hope to get the computer back some time in the near future. If not, I'll probably have to take these people court just to get back a computer. I sure hope it doesn't happen to you.
