Boy mail really gets around. Ever since i mentioned the Professional GEM tutorial in one of the replies, my mailbox has been bombarded with requests ( on last count 36 messages! ). So here it is. To get a nice print out of the tutorial you will need proff. So I am posting proff too. Proff will be posted in 4 parts. The tutorial itself will be posted in 6 parts ( I am really asking for trouble with repost request :-). The easiest way to make everying will be to save the 4 parts of proff in one directory, and the 6 parts of the tutorial in another directory, then unshar all the files. To make proff read the file 'see.me' in the directory you save proff in. To make the tutorial see the file 'read.me' in the directory you save the tutorial in. I realize some of you don't have the dev. system. Part 4 of the proff posting is a uuencoded version of proff.prg (you may need to rename it to proff.ttp), that has been wrapped in a shar script. When you unshar part4 of proff you will end up with a file called proff.uud. To get proff.prg run it through uudecode. In the instructions to make proff (the file 'see.me') i have also included instructions on how to make proff for a unix system. So you may if you prefer run the whole thing off on your unix host. enjoy, -- Jwahar R. Bammi Usenet: .....!decvax!cwruecmp!bammi CSnet: bammi@case Arpa: bammi%case@csnet-relay CompuServe: 71515,155
