Sorry for the inconvenience. I am not sure everyone has the ability
to unshar. Put the whole message into emacs and separate the pieces
manually. Then uudecode each piece. Place FONT.ACC on a boot disk
which has TOS.IMG (hope you still have a copy of that around). Place
all the fonts on some disk (I have a special fonts disk which contains
them all). To use: open the desk menu and click on ST FONT LOADER.
The first or second dialog box will request that you put the font disk
into a drive. After doing so follow the instuctions in each dialog box.

I even tried coping the ORIGINAL TOS disk on a new disk, removing DESK1.ACC & DESK2.ACC, and rebooting with FONTS.ACC as the only accessory. I down loaded FONTS.ACC in the UUCODED form and decoded it from my ST and I also uudecoded it on the host computer first and then down loaded (of course this time I used the "image" option for kermit). all to no avail. I still do not get "ST FONT LOADER" under the desk menu after rebooting. Has anyone got it to work?

If you want to be sure to get the FONTLOADER and FONTS intact send a disk to me with your request (for fonts) and I will copy everything onto the disk and send it back. Please include the packing material you wish me to use and make sure proper postage has been affixed to it. Also, you might want to write your name and address on the package to save me the trouble of doing it.

With TOS in ROM, this renaming is not necessary, and more descriptive names can be used. BTW, the font loader seems to eat a large amount of memory for some reason when it is installed upon boot-up, and can only be used a finite number of times before some limited resource is used up.
