[net.micro.atari16] CMOS 68000

Yes, Hitachi is making a CMOS 68000, named the HD68HC000; it sucks less than
35 mA at 12.5 MHz (according to a Preliminary data sheet dated Sept. 1985).
The data sheet looks exactly like the 68000 data sheet, as far as I can see.
The dude I talked to says they've been waiting forever for permission from
Motorola to come out with this part, and finally got it after Motorola got
the 68020 out.

I'm not sure about the Hitachi parts, that's a rumor that has been going 
around.  There's no difference in spec, but possibly some internal/timing
differences.  Anyway, Motorola itself has just announced a CMOS 68000, and
its coming out at a low price, unlike the usualy Motorola introductions.
