[net.micro.atari16] GEMDOS routines 'Dup' and 'Fforce'

Hello,

Could someone tell me how to use the GEMDOS routines 'Dup' ($45) and 'Fforce'
($46). The documentation I have (First Publishing book, 'Atari ST Internals')
doesn't explain how to use these routines.
