Well ... now that someone mentioned hate songs & threshold-of-pain, you've touched on a type of music dear to my heart -- hardcore/punk. Of course, we could go on about hate songs in this genre forever. But, let me just mention a few of my favorites: Fear "I Don't Care About You" Angry Samoans "Stupid Jerk" Black Market Baby "Total Waste" Motorhead "Go To Hell" (Yeah, I know it's not hardcore) "H-A-T-R-E-D" is a great song, but it can't hold a candle to any one of these.

(the following two are from a record called "The ``You'll Hate This Record'' Record") "I Think You're Sh*t" by The F*ck Ups "Get Away Kids" by Art, The Only Band in the World "Negative Reaction" by GG Allin (ok, so there 3 songs from that album...shoot me) "I Saw Your Mommy...
