Then don't buy any program until it's been on the market about 6 months.
The primary advantages of being an early customer are:

    *	You get it before everybody else; and
    *	Your opinion about what needs fixing is more likely to be heard,
	since the developers are still actively working on it.

The primary disadvantage is:

    *	It probably doesn't work very well.

But you get to make that tradeoff.
