[net.micro.atari16] Request for ARC copy

     Not realizing that ARC would become a required utility for 
downloading future good stuff from the net (like UniTerm5c), I didn't save
it when it was posted.  Could some kind soul please email it to me, or
possibly repost it if others are in a similar situation?
