Can somebody tell me: What company is underwriting Atari's stock offering? If the offering is an "all or nothing" issue? If yes, what is the deadline for the 4.5M units? Whether the units include warrants? If yes, what price does a warrant get you and for how long? -neville ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ U.S. Mail: Neville D.
