Due to midterm scheduling, several friends who were going to the Quebec Winter Carnival are now unable to go. So, if you'd like a ticket for... Quebec Winter Carnival Trip includes: - bus to Quebec City from Waterloo or Toronto - day trip to Mt. Ste.
