Occasionally I forget to include a member function which leads to
interesting message from the loader like

    ``ld: Undefined external - __mystream__ctorFI__''

it would be nice to know what the C++ names are (i.e. what
argument types are expected) by such functions so I	can add them
without much searching of the code. Can someone (such as Bjarne)
explain the rules used to convert C++ names into C names? This would
also be useful for debugging.

    Thanks,
