There is one significant error in the os9/68000 users manual that I have
found: The numbers used with the \ escape are DECIMAL not hex. The
examples are also wrong. \49 will give you a 1, use \65 to get A.
This was a little confusing when trying to send escape sequences to my
printer to change modes.

Subject: request for tutorial postings
I need some material for OS-9 beginners:
1. A glossary of OS-9 terms.
2. A `what is OS-9' article, or series of articles.
3. An OS-9 tutorial.
If you are interested in writing anything like this, or if
you have one written and in machine-readable form, Please
send mail to nyit!os9. Pointers to good machine-readable
OS-9 material on other networks would be appreciated, as
well. I am looking into material on Compuserve right now.
Many Thanks
Bruce Perens
