People like this dip.  It's a hit a parties.
It is good to dip vegetables into, or to spread on crackers.
.IH "more than 2 cups" "about 600 ml"
.IG "1 cup" "sour cream" "250 ml"
.IG "1 cup" "mayonnaise" "250 ml"
.IG "8 oz" "water chestnuts," "250 g"
drained and diced (one large can)

chopped (with tops)
.IG "10 oz" "cooked spinach," "300 g"
drained well. Use one package of frozen spinach.

(a Swiss import)

Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight.
