Dear European readers: if you are reluctant to submit a recipe because it must be in English, please feel free to submit one in French or German. I can translate those myself. I don't read any Dutch or Italian or Swedish or other such languages, but if you'd be more comfortable sending in a recipe in French or German, then please do so. Brian
