It's best if made several hours before serving, to get the full curry flavor. It's been a real hit at potlucks. .IH "serves 4 to 6" .IG "\(14 cup" "mayonnaise" "60 g" .IG "2 tsp" "curry powder" "10 ml" (or to taste) .IG "1 lb" "small shrimp" "500 g" (cleaned, deveined, and cooked) .IG "2 cups" "honeydew balls" "300 g" .IG "\(12 cup" "slivered water chestnuts," "200 g" drained. .IG "1 1/3 cups" "``conchiglie piccole'' pasta, cooked" "150 g" (small sea-shell macaroni; measure before cooking) .PH .SK 1 Mix the curry powder into the mayonnaise. .SK 2 Put the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
