I think it's the best meatloaf in the world (and I'm sure you think \fIyour\fR meatloaf is the best!). .IH "Serves 6" .IG "1 cup" "bread crumbs" "120 g" .IG "\(34 cup" "minced onion" "150 g" .IG "\(14 tsp" "garlic powder" "1 ml" .IG "2" "eggs" (slightly beaten) .IG "2 lbs" "ground meat" "1 kg" (I often use a combination of beef and lamb) .IG "2 Tbsp" "horseradish" "30 ml" .IG "pinch" "salt" "0.5 ml" .IG "\(14 cup" "milk or water" "60 ml" .IG "1 Tbsp" "dry mustard" "15 ml" .IG "\(34 cup" "catsup" "200 ml" .PH .SK 1 Combine all ingredients except for .AB "\(12 cup" "150 ml" of the catsup. Place into a loaf pan, or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
