We have tried it and it is quite good. .IH "Serves 6" .IG "20 oz" "spinach," "600 g" chopped. This can either be fresh spinach or frozen chopped spinach. .IG "\(12\-1 cup" "sour cream" "1\-2 dl" .IG "1\-2 Tbsp" "prepared horseradish" "15\-30 ml" .PH .SK 1 Clean, trim, and chop spinach, and cook in a dry, covered saucepan over a medium heat until the spinach is wilted.
