The next 3 messages are corrections of various kinds. On the Chili-6 recipe, its submittor used "ounces" for measurements of drystuffs and I thought he meant weight. The difference between an ounce avoirdupoois of chili powder and a fluid ounce of chili powder is large enough that I think it is worth reposting the corrected recipe. (I have an iron tongue and an ounce of chili powder seemed fine to me). Last night's chocolate chip cheesecake recipe accidentally overwrote an earlier cheesecake recipe. I'm embarassed that all of my safeguards against this happening seem to have failed; the explanation is too ponderous and too boring to repeat. Anyhow, I'm resubmitting the *real* cheesecake-5 recipe, followed by the chocolate-chip cheesecake duly renamed cheesecake-6. Sorry 'bout this. Brian
