(fairly unripe, but not green)

.IG "6 Tbsp" "grated Parmesan cheese" "60gm"

(whipping cream)

Peel bananas, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (be generous with this).

Wrap a slice of ham around each banana.

Place bananas in a greased, oven-proof dish and pour cream over them.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at

for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve cold (but not refrigerated).

It seems to go down rather well as an appetizer, although it would make a
nice supper snack, I suppose.
