They liked it with lamb. .IH "serves 4" .IG "\(34 lb" "cucumber" "350 g" (coarsely grated) .IG "\(34 tsp" "whole cumin seeds" "4 ml" .IG "2 tsp" "hot green chilis" "10 ml" (seeded & chopped) (optional) .IG "1 cup" "plain yogurt" "250 ml" .IG "1 tsp" "vegetable oil" "5 ml" .IG "\(12 tsp" "garlic" "2.5 ml" (finely chopped) .IG "" "salt" (to taste) (optional) .PH .SK 1 Toast cumin seeds in small heavy skillet until browned. Do not burn. When they start to crackle, remove from heat, shaking skillet. .SK 2 Combine all ingredients.
