I devised this recipe  last year. We like it a lot, and it's very quick.

.IG "1" "garlic clove,"

boned
.IG "\(14 tsp" "dill" "1 ml"
.IG "\(12" "sweet red pepper"
.IG "\(14 lb" "green beans" "100 g"
(optional)
.IG "1" "large tomato"
.IG "1/8 lb" "macademia nuts" "50 g"
.IG "4 Tbsp" "honey" "50 ml"
.IG "1/8 tsp" "sesame seeds" "0.5 ml"

Slice or chop all ingredients.  Saut\z\(aae the garlic in
the sesame oil, until just fragrant.  Add the dill and the
chicken, and saut\z\(aae for about five minutes.

Add the green beans and the red pepper; saut\z\(aae for another couple of
minutes.

Add the tomato and the macademia nuts; saut\z\(aae another minute or two.

Add the honey and the sesame seeds.  Continue cooking just long enough to
warm the honey.

This is wonderful served with couscous.  I recommend using chicken broth
when cooking the couscous.

If you want to take the time, you can thicken the sauce with

arrowroot, or some cornstarch.
