I think she originally found it in the Troy (NY) \fITimes Record\fR. .IH "Serves 12\-20" .IG "20 oz" "frozen spinach," "500 g" chopped .IG "2 cups" "herb stuffing mix" "250 g" .IG "\(34 cup" "parmesan cheese," "150 g" grated .IG "1 tsp" "garlic," "5 ml" finely minced .IG "1" "medium onion," finely chopped .IG "3" "eggs," beaten .IG "\(14 lb" "butter," "120 g" melted .PH .SK 1 Preheat oven to .TE 350 175 . Thaw spinach and remove excess liquid. .SK 2 Add remaining ingredients (stuffing mix, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, eggs, and butter) and mix well. .SK 3 Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet. .SK 4 Bake for 15 minutes at .TE 350 175 . .NX These can be made up ahead of time and frozen. If frozen, increase cooking time by 10\-15 minutes. .PP Herb stuffing mix is a commercial preparation of bread crumbs and herbs and seasonsings that is packaged for stuffing a turkey or chicken.
