The viewing audience, I was just sitting here wondering what I would write for an article I am hoping to publish on COMPUTER LAW (talk about a broad topic!!) Well, as I was pondering this question, I realized that there are at lease a few of you out there, as demonstrated by the latest net-mail, who are more than a little concerned about the status of legislation regarding the relationship between bulletin board service caretakers and the material carried on that service. Incedentally, I don't think you'll get very far with that idea that those files are sacrisanct and immune to the probing eyes of the administrators of the system, but that's beside the point. At any rate, some of you obviously feel rather strongly about this matter and have voiced, rather eloquently at times, I might add, your views. Ergo, I would be glad to incorporate some of those views as primary data into my article. Your name may or may not be included, as you desire. So, fire away. I would be glad also to send, whether by net-mail, or the more traditional "snail-mail" any manuscript I may end up producing to all who contribute. Thanks for your ideas Bud (a/k/a David Massey, a/k/a ASPDMM@UOFT01)
