"Who Owns What Software Produces?" - by Michael C. Gemignani

The specific concern here is with the ownership of the output of
computer software which someone runs. In the case of output which
is entirely computer-generated, without any contribution of the
person who runs the program, it is not clear under existing
copyright law whether the output belongs to the person who
bought the software. The article primarily deals with a law review
