While I enjoy the current discussion on the fundamentals and origins of tort law, I would like to suggest that this discussion be moved to a better forum: POLI-SCI@RUTGERS. It is my feeling that INFO-LAW's unique charter is to discuss the various intersections of law and computers; POLI-SCI is for discussion political science, the origin of law etc. Though it has always been somewhat dominated by libertarians, it is nevertheless a very interesting and very well moderated forum; to join, send a note to POLI-SCI-REQUEST@RUTGERS.ARPA (I'm sure there is a domain way to say that also, but who cares ?) / Lars Poulsen Advanced Computer Communications <Lars @ ACC.ARPA> ------
