I've already sent this offer to "net.games.frp", but in honour of the new group, I'll make the offer here too. My wife and I are starting a zine (fanzine, newsletter, call it what you will) named Buffalo Steak Tartare. The zine is subtitled "Games and Other Amusements" and we hope to print articles on practically any pastime that interests people. In particular, we want to run a lot of reviews of SF books, movies, etc. In order to interest potential subscribers and contributors, we will send a FREE FIRST ISSUE to anyone who mails me name, street address, etc. This issue will be mailed the first or second week of December, and in the issue, we will describe what sort of articles we are looking for. Submissions through electronic mail are welcome; contributors will be paid in free issues to the zine. We hope to hear from a lot of people inside the province -- postal rates are cheaper!
