VECTOR AND PARALLEL PROCESSORS
IN COMPUTATIONAL SCIENCE
Liverpool
25th - 28th August 1987
REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION
This conference (VAPP III) follows two highly successful
conferences in Chester (VAPP I, 1981) and Oxford (VAPP II, 1984)
on Vector and Parallel Processors in Computational Science. The
format of the meeting will follow the pattern set by its prede-
cessors. It is intended to review hardware and architecture
development together with languages and software tools for sup-
porting parallel processing. Another objective of the conference
will be to highlight advances in algorithms and applications
software on vector and parallel architectures. The programme
will include both numerical applications (eg Physics and
Engineering) and non-numerical applications (eg image processing,
simulation, movies).
