Instead of Since the standard deviation of the difference of two identically normally distributed random variables is twice the standard deviation of either variable, the temporal disparity measurement has 95% confidence interval of 4*10^-6 seconds. I should have said Since the standard deviation of the difference of two identically normally distributed random variables is less than twice the standard deviation of either variable, the temporal disparity measurement has 95% confidence interval of less than 4*10^-6 seconds.
