"Artificial Intelligence" is the computer journal with the highest impact factor according to the latest issue of the Journal Citation Reports put out by the Institute for Scientific Information. It beats by a good factor the second runner up, IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis. The Impact Factor is a measure of how often people cite the journal and is proportional to the number of citations per article published. I.
