ZELLICH@SRI-NIC.ARPA (Rich Zellich) (07/14/86)

SRI-NIC files NETINFO:INTEREST-GROUPS-1.TXT (general information and ADA-SW 
thru INFO-POSTSCRIPT) and NETINFO:INTEREST-GROUPS-2.TXT (INFO-PRINTERS thru 
XPORT) have been updated and are available for FTP.  These files are currently 
1,462 lines/68,066 characters and 1,535 lines/67,748 characters, respectively.

For those on the To: list (ARPANet/MilNet sites), SRI-NIC supports the 
net-standard "ANONYMOUS" login within FTP, using any password.  For those on 
the Cc: list (non-ARPANet/MilNet sites), the actual files will follow in 2 
separate messages.

lines/75,783 characters and 1,681 lines/75,812 characters, respectively.

A. Lee Wade <LEE%TAMKBS.BITNET@WISCVM.WISC.EDU> has written a small program 
that reads the list-of-lists file (after the two files are concatenated and 
message headers are removed) and converts it into VMS help format.  This lets a
VMS user read about a specific mailing list without have to sort through all 
the preceeding ones.  Anyone interested in this program should contact Lee 
directly.
