[mod.vlsi] vm/cms spice

I would like to find a version of spice, hopefully the latest, which
has been converted to run on vm/cms.  Would someone who knows where
I might get a copy please fill me in.  If this isn't the proper place
to ask this question, please except my apologies and point me in the
right direction.  Thanks all.
