Your article on the Cellular telephone service was good.  I had a lot
of trouble with the FTP, though.  Others experiencing difficulty might
try it with all caps, and a "1" after the name, leaving
<GEOFF>ARTICLE.CELLULAR-SEIVE.1
as the name of the remote file.

This worked ok for me.
