On the other hand, the terminals have only limited keyboards, operate in 1200/75 bps mode (or some other similar rate) and have not been very popular. The whole idea was to save the cost of phone books, but the population has been giving extremely mixed reviews to the service, finding that in many cases a physical phone book is far more convenient, and often can give faster response time! --Lauren--
