[mod.computers.sequent] automated posting from mailing list into newsgroup

In the interests of getting messages from the mailing list (where most
of the activity is) into the newsgroup in a reasonable amount of time
(i.e., without everyone having to wait for me to remember to do it),
I have automated the process.
