Well folks, let me summarize what has happened over the past few days. It was Ridge's belief that all I had to do was to compile a 4.2BSD route, and wa-la, I was in business. I tried - with partial success. Meantime, Ridge has been VERY busy with the new driver implementation which they are currently working on. The effect of this is that any bug fixes which we need to make to NS have to be made to the new (3.4) version of NS rather than a 3.3 version. As such, I am currently waiting to hear what happens at Ridge. As for the actual implementation - they have almost everything right! Just a bit of tweeking here and there... As to when it will be available - who knows. Because we are working with the new driver code, we will now have to wait for 3.4 or 3.5 to get the goodies... So - bottom line - my guess was wrong (nothing new here!), and we wait a little bit longer. The ball is back in ridge's court, lets see what they do... DEC
