[mod.computers.gould] MAN command screwed up.

The underlining/standout mode in the UTX version of MAN is really
screwed up.  I looked at the source and there are wierd modifications
to the Berkeley code which I don't understand which probably account
for this.

Let's start running 4.3, it's bound to have less bugs the UTX/32.
