[mod.computers.laser-printers] IMPRINT-10 => Imagen 12/300

I guess we all have our hapless user stories. Here's one that
just came up. A site that I know of used to have an Imagen
IMPRINT-10 and recently switched to a Imagen 12/300.
Unfortunately, for various reasons, the old supplies were kept
around the new printer (basically because the printer was put
where the old one used to be). This turned out to be a serious
mistake! Yes, someone added the old liquid toner to the dry
process Imagen 12/300. Needless to say, the engine wasn't too
happy with this event. However, can you imagine the person's
face as the liquid started pouring out of the machine?

Reports from Riccoh say that this has happened at least once
before; seems like this is an uncommon event :-). They did say
that they thought Imagen was able to repair the damage.

Recommendation: Keep your powder dry!

P.S. I will neither confirm nor deny that it was our site, but I
will say, it sure wasn't me.
