When I received my version of MacApollo (version 1.3) from ADUS a few months ago, the documentation stated that a more complete version which would handle GMR, 3DGMR, and text editing in addition to GPR (which is handled by version 1.3) would be coming in the future. It's been over 6 months since I got my version. Does anyone know if an updated version (with some of the promised features) has been released? Can I get a copy? -- David Krowitz mit-erl!mit-kermit!krowitz@eddie.mit.edu mit-erl!mit-kermit!krowitz@mit-eddie.arpa david@mit-mc (in order of decreasing preference)

I'm now at Michigan (for those who don't know I left Utah...). Yes, there will be a new version of Mac Apollo at some point, but the next release won't handle GMR/GMR3D. The primary difference between the next release and the ADUS version is that the new release works over an Internet connection using a Kinetics box instead of over a serial line, it does include a local editor, and is generally more reliable. We will announce it when it is ready for distribution.
