As I have to set-up tariffs for usage of our VAX I would be interested in information on how to set tariffs. In the past on our DECsystem-10's we calculated the price and the capacity of all individual resources like cpu-sec,memory useage,disk transfers, disk storage etc. For the comparable items on the VAX I can do something alike. But the most difficult for me is to set tariffs for page-faults, buffered vs. non-buffered IO etc. Elements of which you not easily can say which cost and which capacity they have.
