! Does anyone have any information on a product called 'JNET' for VMS. ! This is used to access BITNET. It is supposedly marketed by ! Joiner Associates, but I do now know how to get in touch with them. ! An address for Joiner and general information on the quality of ! the product would be appreciated. Joiner associates can be reached as follows Joiner Associates Inc. 732 North Midvale Boulevard PO BOX 5445 Madison, WI 53705-5445 Phone: 608/238-8134 TELEX: 650 110-6813 BITNET: JNET@WISCPSL ARPA: WISCPSL.BITNET@WISCVM We have been running it here at the University of Pennsylvania for some time now. (The "old version" under vms 3.6). No real comments other than "it works". The usual problem is that someone from an IBM site forgets to use the "(old" parameter on their "SENDFILE" command. (Don't ask about the IBM side... its ugly, you send punch files!) We have it integrated into our local mail handler so that things work from mail (not DEC's mail) that makes sending messages out much easier than using "send"
