H E L P !!! 2-3 months ago we ordered IBMSPL/HASP from DEC. To date
they have NOT been able to deliver. Now we are against the wall. IBMSPL
was to replace local software running on a DC-10 when we unplug our 1090
in 3 weeks time. Our users NEED rje submission to our CYBER system. I'm
convinced that they will not get it. (Thankyou DEC)
(Our 1090 users are being migrated to our 1091 and our 1091 users to
8600.) I hope someone out there is/was a TOPS-10 site with an IBMSPL/HASP
distribution tape. We NEED a copy of that tape ASAP. If you have a tape
or know where one can be had, please get your local office to contact our
(London Ontario Canada) local office. Ask for TOM AHLIN (sales) or BOB
VERA (s/w). Confirm our order, and please arrange for ASAP delivery.
BEWARE -- The Canada/US border can hold up tapes for 2 weeks or more!
Don't just drop it in the mail! Ask DEC to use a bonded courrier. We'll
gladly pick up the tab, though under the circumstances DEC ought to.
Finally, I don't need more than one copy. Please coordinate though
