We are trying to connect a Rainbow running DECnet-dos to a VAX running VMS v4.1. Defining an asynchronous decnet terminal port works fine. The local loopback test on the Rainbow runs well, but the local loopback_connector test fails and (as could be expected) the Rainbow hangs as soon as we connect it to the VAX.
