[mod.computers.vax] Mounting disks under V4.2

I have a user on another computer system with the following problem, I know
this rings a bell, but I can't remember what the solution is. Can anyone
help. I will pass along the info. Thanks.

>Ron,

>immediately after the MOUNTED message for our scratch disk. Any ideas what

>operation, but we may have poorer performance because of it.
>Just wondered if you might have seen this before. Thanks.

I have gotten this message before. It is displayed when you mount the disk
with the /processor=unique switch. According to TSC hotline, this is not a
valid switch anymore but they did not disable it. From what I hear if you
continue to use the disk mounted this way you will need to restore it soon.

You should mount it without the switch and then analyze/disk/repair to make
sure the structure is good.
