How can one use a MicroVax II running VMS to copy a foreign tape from 1600 bpi 9 track format to TK50 cartridge format? (both types of drive are present) The tape in question is a UNIX tar tape, and is intended to be read ultimately on a VAX Station II running Ultrix. If you have the solution, please let me know. uucp: grayson@uiucuxc.UUCP old uucp: {ihnp4,pur-ee}!uiucdcs!uiucuxc!grayson internet: grayson@uiucuxc.cso.uiuc.edu telex: 5101011969 UI TELCOM URUD --> Dan Grayson, Altgeld Hall. us mail: Dan Grayson, Math Dept, Univ of Ill, Urbana 61801 phone: 217-367-6384 home 217-333-6209 office
