We have an LN03 connected to a VMS 4.2 system that is used for XROFF (Image Network's DITROFF) output. The problem that we are facing is that no matter how large the print job really is, an accounting record is created which has a single page on it. The print jobs are submitted using the command "print/passall/dev=ln03 filename". We would like to charge a different rate for the LN03 than our other printers. I have looked at the output from XROFF and the pages are correctly delimited by form feeds. If we could count the form feeds, then we could write our own accounting records. Print jobs that are not /passall count the pages correctly. Does anyone have a solution other than writing our own print symbiont? ---------------- Marty Sasaki uucp: harvard!sasaki Harvard University Science Center arpa: sasaki@harvard.harvard.edu One Oxford Street phone: 617-495-1270 Cambridge, MA 02138
