MicroVax II people, About a month ago I was unable to logon onto SYSTEM. I kept getting a double password prompt. I took the little guy down and set the alternate sysuaf so I could come in thru the back door. I analyzed SYSUAF.DAT and found that it was corrupted, so I rebuilt it. Same thing happen yesterday. The following is the end of a ANAL/RMS SYSUAF.DAT output. ========================= Key Segments: 1 Null Character: %X'00' Key Size: 8 Minimum Record Size: 52 Index Fill Quantity: 1024, Data Fill Quantity: 1024 Segment Positions: 44 Segment Sizes: 8 Data Type: unsigned quadword Name: "Owner Identifier" First Data Bucket VBN: 21 *** VBN 21: SIDR pointer extends past end of SIDR record. *** Drastic structure error precludes further analysis. The analysis uncovered 2 errors. ANAL/RMS/OUT=T.T SYSUAF.DAT ================================== Anyone else seen this problem?? -GaryM. BITNET contact UMKCVAXn (n=1,3) Univ. of Mo. at K.C.
