The following is a summary of responses from the new SET RIGHTS_LIST
command. The "Error" column contains either "UNKNOWN" for the "unknown rights
identifier" error, "NOPRIV" for the "operation requires CMKRNL" error, or "OK"
for a successful command execution. The asterisk ("*") notes that, if the
target user has CMKRNL privilege, the command executes successfully. It's
also assumed that the user invoking the command with the /ID= qualifier
has the WORLD privilege.
