I have to agree with Rudy Nedved. It's ridiculous to clutter up thousands of people's mailboxes with these program postings. If you want to release a program, post a message describing the program and either tell people where they can FTP it from or tell people you'll mail it to them directly when they request it. Jerr Leichter's counter-argument was rather ludicrous given the large number of fuzzy conditions he applied to program posting, e.g., you should post programs of "general interest" with "most of the bugs removed" that aren't "system crashers" and are "reasonably short". Depending on your interpretation, this filter will either include or exclude everything. -------
