Precision Business Systems
33 Rector St. New York, NY 10006 (212) 425-0200

has something called Supervisor Series. Including PHOTO, OBSERVER, ADVISOR.
they had the VMS 3.x versions for $99.95 (at end of 1984). The VMS 4.x
versions are $495 a piece.

PHOTO lets you record a terminal session. which you can play back.

OBSERVER lets a privileged user/manager observe at one terminal what another
user has on the user's terminal. possible uses are:
  monitor operator performance :-)
  help new users learn VMS
  keep track of intruders
  remote demo, etc.

ADVISOR (needs OBSERVER) lets you take over a user's terminal...

CLYDE (I don't have their address)
also makes a program called CONTROL which does about the same thing.
But PBS's version does NOT require you to install a driver like CLYDE.
